Zira Uzbek Kitchen is a family-run Uzbek restaurant founded in 2024 to share the flavors, hospitality, and traditions of Uzbekistan with our community.
The name “Zira” comes from cumin — one of the most loved spices in Central Asian cooking. Just like every good dish needs a sprinkle of Zira, we believe life is better with warm hospitality, good food, and people gathered around the table.
From handmade noodles and fire-grilled shashliks to fragrant Uzbek Plov and freshly baked bread, our menu brings the flavors of the Silk Road to Los Angeles in a warm and welcoming setting.

From intimate dinners to large celebrations, Zira Uzbek Kitchen offers warm, family-style private dining, banquets, and catering inspired by Uzbek hospitality.
Customized menus feature handmade noodles, Uzbek Plov, fire-grilled Shashlik kebabs, fresh salads, desserts, and tea service. We also offer live on-site catering, where our chefs prepare traditional Plov and Shashlik kebabs fresh in open air for your guests.
